Google Drive has been a leading data organization platform in today's digital realm of work and productivity. Many features include controlled sharing, user-friendly file and folder organization, seamless uploading and creating of documents, slides, and sheets, and it's all free! My personal favorite is the ease of access to files across devices. I use my phone for most of my communication with staff, but I do a lot of writing, creating, producing, and designing on my desktop both at home and at the office. So, when I find myself needing to review or rearrange the weekly staff schedule for next week after a coach calls in sick, I can be at the coffee shop or for a walk and quickly access my Google sheets and make changes.
